Good, but can be better!

As always, we come back (this was our 12th or 13th stay at this hotel) for the reef and currentless sea.

Some rooms at Sentido are too old and in urgent need of renovation (the roof of our bathroom was halling apart from water infiltrations, the walls are dirty). Another problem is on the beach, that is owned by the towel boy (at Sentido's beach), not the hotel. He reserves sunbeds for guests that pay him (there were days that by 7 AM, he put towels on all the sunbeds in the front row), and sometimes is extremely rude. The management should take notice of this!

Last Christmas, my partner and I chose Sentido Reef that delivered an experience beyond our expectations. It was a blend of comfort and luxury that truly stood out, making our holiday season memorable. The resort itself was a haven of tranquility. Every corner spoke of meticulous care and a keen eye for comfort, setting the stage for a wonderfully relaxing stay. The scenic beauty coupled with the Sentido reef’s elegant charm made every moment feel special. Yet, it was the staff, with their genuine care and attentiveness, who transformed our stay into something deeply personal and utterly unforgettable. Shabban, with his heartfelt welcome, made us feel not as guests, but as cherished friends. Also, Hussain from the conciege and Mohammed Ali in the gym, whose constant presence and readiness to assist added an extra layer of warmth to our stay. The house reef was a slice of paradise, offering an unrivaled snorkeling experience. It was like diving into a different world, vibrant and teeming with life, adding an adventurous twist to our serene getaway. Room service was top-notch, maintaining the high standard set by every other aspect of the resort. It was prompt, efficient, and always delivered with a smile. In a nutshell, our Christmas at the resort was nothing short of magical. The perfect blend of nature, comfort, and outstanding service made it a holiday we'll cherish for years to come.

Perfect getaway for couples to relax to the max!

We have chosen this resort by the positive reviews and could not be happier! It was a perfect location located only 20min taxi ride from the airport. Reception team greeted us and provided all the necessary information. We have tried all delicious food and what really stand out for us was the lentil soup! Breakfast, lunch, dinner was all delicious, staff were very quick to serve us drinks and always deliver it with a smile. Entertainment team was great, full of energy. We have played volleyball and danced zumba at the beach. Our room was always clean, we have asked for softer pillows and was quickly provided those. February was ideal time for a short holiday as it was not busy and staff seemed relaxed

No BS all inclusive experience.

They were able to handle strict gluten free diet in all restaurants (celiac disease). Special thanks to head chefs Ebrahim, Ayman and Medhat for their friendliness and extra care. The location of the hotel is amazing for snorkelling as it has long corals along the whole bay. Please respect the corals by not touching or standing on them. The food is delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful. Beautifully designed streets and plantation, with the impressive night time lighting inside the hotel. It is like a cute village. Also the performances of dancers and singers are quite professional.

Some materials/facilities could be renovated as they show signs of age. Ice cream to be offered for the beach area.

The beach and jetty provided access to snorking and opportunity to see reef and fish. Great hotel area w beautiful garden and lights in the evening. Great amosphere in the bar area. Great service and staff.

Another fab stay and looking forward to visiting again soon

Love how quiet and chilled it was around the adults only pool. Ali at the cactus bar was a joy to meet and chat with. Never went without an ice cold drink from him doing his rounds. Had requested a room by the adults pool and to book into the Italian (for birthday) before we arrived and was happy to see that both requests were met. Love the fact that can visit the ala carte restaurants as many times as you want. Shout out to the staff in the Italian (forgotten their names) for such wonderful visits. Been numerous times and keep thinking that should try other hotels but then think if you live something then why change it and run the risk of not enjoying it as much. Looking at booking again for November for a sneaky break before Christmas. The staff here are what help make this hotel an amazing place to visit.

Amazing holiday surrounded by wonderful staff. Already planning on returning later this year

The attentive and friendly staff, the variety and quality of food in Mo’s restaurant, the beautiful gardens, the snorkelling from the beach, the proximity to local shops and Old Sharm. The fact that any problems were sorted out quickly and efficiently.

The rooms are very dark. Although the design is very relaxing there needs to be lights added that you can use when needed especially by the bed and dressing table. Not enough storage space. Bed is extremely hard, definitely need mattress toppers to make them comfortable to sleep on.

Enjoyed our stay at this resort...

The room was clean and water for drinking was always available with a fridge in the room to keep things cold. The food was great in both variety and choice.The snorkeling straight of the beach was terrific. Service from the staff was very good,friendly,prompt and professional and in some cases exemplary.

The room was ok but had no real view other than the strip road that serves the resort,not private in any way. If staying again i would go for the first floor rooms with a balcony as this is a big want on my wish list when i book rooms abroad and the room description stated a room with garden view and in reality we overlooked had a clump of what looked to be ornamental grass that when grown would i suppose act as a bit of a screen but when we were there it had been pruned back and was yet to put on the new growth. The beach itself Honestly....is small over crowded very early on and was not my cup of tea at all....We booked one of the all inclusive restaurants the Kebabky ( i think that's how it's spelt) this was one of three restaurants you can use without supplement but reservation is required....Unfortunately and it may have just been a one off but it was a complete shambles service was poor ( the manager and staff all arguing amongst each other) it took forever for the food to arrive and our vegetables to accompany the meat never arrived at all! We left our table and walked out without waiting for dessert....we stuck to Moe's buffet restaurant after that debacle. One other thing....the patrons are predominantly Italian or Russian. Most entertainment was conducted in Italian.

Absolutely amazing honeymoon experience!

The whole holiday from start to finish was incredible! From the entrance, throughout, there is a feel of luxury the minute you arrive. The staff are what make the stay so special! They are so attentive and they go out of their way to please. We even had a surprise room service for free from lovely Zeyad, after we engaged with a room service staff member who took some photos of us. Each staff member remembers you, and they build a connection and ensure your stay is as special as can be! No need to go anywhere else!! Egypt has it all! We met lovely Roman as a bartender in the Sentido beach, so attentive and made sure at all times to provide the best all inclusive drinks throughout our day by the sea. Roman made sure to remember us every time we went down to the beach and kept us well hydrated with such a lovely and friendly smile! Shabir, Muhammad, Hassan, Osana, Shaaban are only a few of the memorable and lovely staff that made our stay at the resort remarkable and with no doubt left us feeling there is no where else we rather spend our holidays! The diving centre is incredible! There are many different activities too, including excursions. My wife got her Padi Open water certification with Reef Oasis Dive School which was amazing with Stefano, such a great instructor! There is plenty to do! With numerous restaurants and swimming pools, not to mention the beautiful beach! There is ample evening entertainment for all ages. There is so much variety in the buffet restaurants. Sea food, different cuisines, and without dropping any quality despite the volume and variation! There are also different cuisine restaurants you can book too, such as the Indian restaurant. Sentido, we’ll be back, you’ve been amazing!

My wife is vegan, so it would be amazing if there were more vegan dishes in the kebabgy restaurant, as the only thing she could eat there was the side vegetables.

Amazing experience

Best resort I’ve ever been to! The food is amazing, the room is very cozy, the swimming pools are very nice, and the staff ESPECIALLY is perfect, they are welcoming, nice, they go above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need. A MUST visit!
